A BSCI audit (from amfori BSCI) is designed to assess how a factory performs against ethical and social responsibility standards. It has a broad impact across both ethical practices and environmental sustainability, although its primary focus is social compliance.

A BSCI audit directly targets working conditions and labour rights:
