Product Briefing Phase
Our team of specialist account managers, with over 20 years of industry experience, worked closely with Motorola to understand their requirements in detail and determine the best approach to meet their needs.
Samurai developed a fully bespoke T-shirt, manufactured using high-specification materials known for exceptional fit, stretch, and comfort. Offering a premium feel and finish far superior to mass-market and wholesale options, the T-shirts were designed to be functional, stylish, and desirable – a standout gift with purchase for brand advocates.
Subtle but Impactful Branding
Motorola requested a refined, understated branding approach, effective without being overly prominent, conscious of the fact that people don’t want to look like walking billboards.
Our in-house design team transformed the concept into reality.
This was achieved through meticulous attention to detail, ensuring perfect logo placement while maintaining subtle visibility on both the front and back of the T-shirt. Additionally, generic stock labels were replaced with a custom internal neck print featuring care instructions, material composition, and Motorola branding.
Custom Manufacturing
We refuse to compromise on quality. Thanks to years of strong professional relationships with factories and specialists worldwide, we manufacture outstanding bespoke branded products. The print and ink technique used, known as Plastisol Print, is both durable and flexible.
Samurai’s specialist fully certified factory not only has a clear ethical, sustainability, environmental policy, their high production standards ensure a consistent premium finish throughout the manufacturing volumes. We commissioned factory visits, carried out by an independent third-party service, at specific points during the production process to quality check and audit for ethical and sustainable processes.
Eco-Friendly Packaging
Samurai developed custom eco-friendly packaging for each T-shirt while maintaining a retail-quality feel. The envelope is fully recyclable and features Motorola’s iconic “Hello Moto” slogan and social media handles for added branding impact.

Our in-house logistics expertise ensures global delivery on time and within budget.
