Our awesome team of specialist account managers transform quality bespoke products from concept to reality and they are looking for a Sales Support Executive to help them achieve their goals. Therefore, you will need to be someone who has experience supporting a team who is also keen to expand their experience. You will also be patient, calm under pressure, organised and be able to think on your feet. Liaising with other people in the company and external customers will be an essential part of this role so your communication skills (both written and verbal) will be invaluable.

Role Overview

Job Title: Sales Support Executive
Reporting Line: Senior Sales Team
Location: Head Office, Feltham, Middlesex
Hours: Full Time, 9.00 am – 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £22-24K per annum (depending on experience)

Key Tasks
  • Processing new sales leads
  • Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
  • Generating sales orders and Purchase orders
  • Actively using the company CRM system
  • Monitoring customer accounts
  • Providing data and reports to help the sales team
  • Keeping track of sales targets
  • Answering phone calls
  • Scheduling diaries

  • Good customer care skills
  • Good written and verbal English
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good computer and keyboard skills
  • An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • An ability to work independently and as a team
  • Good administrative skills
